Where does afrisilk deliver to?
Afrisilk currently ships all over Europe.

How much does shipping cost?
Free delivery for all orders within Germany. Other countries pay for delivery and the amount is visible on the site when you go to the checkout

When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

Who bears the costs for a return?
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Our right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
