Shipping takes place 3-5 days after ordering and will be shipped with Deutsche Post/DHL.

AFRISILK UG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping company and is in transit. It is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure that the packages are delivered to the correct address.

Please contact the shipping company to claim the missing shipment if your tracking number shows your package was delivered and it is not in your mailbox/doorstep.
